AOB-FS are very pleased to announce a major update of the AOB Portal.
After a lot of development work in close partnership with DB software Laboratory (https://www.etl-tools.com/), we have been able to connect Google Gemini Ai directly to the Portal.
This advanced Ai system will enable us to eliminate the last manual process in the Portal and fully automate Supplier Statement processing.
Previously, this function was only available via our ASSP (Automated Supplier Statement Processing) service and therefore it wasn’t accessible during the Agreement of Balances exercise.
Now this function can be accessed directly via the Portal – it will be available at any time and for any type of statements.
You will be able to locate this new function in the Receive AR Statements screen in the Portal:
This function uses Google Gemini AI to extract relevant information from Supplier Statements regardless of their format. All you will need to do to utilise this functionality is to upload a PDF\XLS file to the Portal without any alteration\formatting at all:

Please note that despite the fact that Google Gemini AI is one of the most advanced Artificial Intelligence systems in the world, it is still open to error especially when it comes to complex income\accrual statements. To make sure that these errors can be mitigated we’ve added the “Review AI Files” button to the Portal. This function will enable you to retrieve the AI generated results and, if necessary, make any changes before pasting the data into the Portal:
We will be working very hard over the next few months to improve the AI process and train the system to deal with various scenarios. It will be extremely helpful for us to review any situation where Google Gemini AI didn’t quite get it right. I would therefore be very grateful if you can forward any such statements to us.
